Picked up at Buc-ees ~$270. I have a similar but smaller cooler, all of the electronics and functions the same, but different branding. I loved using it, and this one looks even better. The extendable handle is metal and feel easily moved. Quickly cooled, function as freezer or fridge, 50 beers with more room, will see how wheels do. Car feature is great to not kill car battery, great for road trips. Manuel mentions battery version. Wish charging port was vertical, to not pull on cord long term
Ok, I've read the other reviews and don't get how NO ONE noticed on the box that a battery nor Solar Panels are included with the cooler. People need to think before they post a review. This electric cooler is great. We bought ours a Bucees also. When we got home we tested it out. It cools down pretty quick. You can put it to a refrigerator temperature or freezer temp. The 52 qt capacity is great. Plenty of room. A+.
I bought the cooler at
Buc-ee’s and it works great once plugged in and works great for the car but once you unplug it it doesn’t work. It shows fully charged but it doesn’t work no lights or anything. Also how do you find out what type battery is it?
Like another review says, the box is CLEARLY MARKED repeatedly w/ notices that it doesn't have a built-in battery. THAT'S WHY IT'S LE$$ than even smaller similar units. Regardless, today was its first real test at an all-day Bronco Beach Bash on SPI, TX & everything was icy cold! Precooled on the 110v at home, ran it off rear 12v when driving, & a Jackery portable battery did the job once parked. Friends were impressed, too! Tons of space, ice cold & barely touched the Jackery battery level.
Had one of these coolers been the best value ever - ran it daily for three months straight after a fridge broke and it’s not missed a beat!
Can also be set to freezer temperatures. Got mine at Buc-ees. Well insulated had it in my truck running off the power socket & having arrived at my destination late left it unpowered in my truck overnight everything was ice cold in the morning - the savings on ice alone and cleaning out coolers make it value all round! Will probably buy another for my camper
